Staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Everyone was great at communication in what needed to be done and what issues could be fixed and/or bypassed either on my end or theirs. Big big shoutout to Christy (Cristy, i’m not sure how she spelled it haha) and Mack for being super sweet and kind. Overall, today’s visit genuinely made me feel like the people actually cared about my health and me as a person. Thank you guys and hope to see y’all again soon!

Got into a room fairly quick and seen by the Dr shortly after that but waited for almost an hour to get an X-ray because the technician was "on an extended lunch." After finally getting my X-ray I was put back in the room where I waited another 47 minutes for the Dr to come back and tell me that they hadn't forgotten me. the nurse finally came back to give me my instructions and list of meds to pick up at their pharmacy on my way out and when I got out front the pharmacy was closed because they were out to lunch! It was 2:33 p.m!! Needly to say , I am not too impressed with my visit.

I visited 06 16 26. I was trying to fix a leg wound (scrape).at an affordable price. Chas refused to serve me based on uncertainty of treatment necessary and referred me to hospital. Hoapital cleaned wound, butterfly bandaged and tetnus shot, at probably 10 times the price and approx 3 more hrs of time.. I wonder what Chas figured they couldnt handle this. I wont be back and intend to contest ANY charges

It’s my first time at an urgent care in the USA and I have to say I am impressed. It is faster than UK Urgent care, although maybe it’s because of the difference in the number of patients as UK Urgent care is usually a lot busier. I have to say though, the Doctor is really thorough, and the nurse did a great job listening to my husband’s symptoms and listing it down. The overall vibe of the urgent care is great and welcoming. I am impressed!

I have been taking my family to this urgent care for years. They were usually always pretty nice and quick and so very helpful. But yesterday and today I can not believe how awful some of them can be. The receprionist that i have never seen before at this place seems to follow the female doctors lead, a doctor whom told my son he came in to late to late to be seen (it was 4:30 and they close at 5:00 on Saturday) so my son said he will wait till the next day, I brought him in just after 1:00, hardly anyone there, they took his information (they did the same yesterday, I get it, that encounter rate) and he sat and waited for over an hour in the waiting room until about 2:30 and they turn around and told him they are overfilled to see him. There was not many other people there, and there were people coming and going after my son was there. I feel that they more have a thing against us rather than to busy, it is still 2 and a half hours before they close and they are turning my son away, a type 1 diabetic that is in need of help. I never seen this urgent care turn anyone away ever, until these past two days, WOW! Way to go Spokane North!
